Dave built his life foundation while growing up on his family’s Pennsylvania dairy farm. After college graduation he began his working career in the Service organization with New Holland, a leading agriculture machinery company. His career in the New Holland/CNH agriculture and light industrial machinery businesses spanned more than 30 years. Dave successfully served in numerous functional areas. He held leadership positions in Service, Sales, Training, Product Management, Parts, Aftersales, and Marketing. Working closely and directly with customers and dealers was pivotal to his success. He led key activities during the merger of New Holland and Fiat as well as in the merger of Case IH and New Holland. In recent years Dave broadened his scope of knowledge and experience in leadership positions with multiple Animal Nutrition, Turf & Golf Care, Grain Equipment and Management, and diverse Business Consulting opportunities. He has extensive business and personal experience locally, regionally, and globally. He has successfully worked in family-owned businesses and in medium to mega-sized corporations. Dave is keenly aware the success of any business is determined by the people, processes, and performance of the business and distribution through which services and products connect to, are delivered, and are supported with each end user. Dave is deeply experienced, successful, and passionate in working closely with customers, distribution, and business leaders analyzing the current state, leading to identifying best strategies, processes, and personnel requirements driving success in the future.

 

With a deep and broad base of knowledge and experience, Dave joins MAC to work with distribution, OEM’s, and other businesses which seek to improve their total business performance.
